Your Guide to Your Fitness Journey
Your first step in the right direction.
My mission is to educate and support people in becoming a healthier version of themselves by means of exercise, nutrition and mindset. I want to instill a positive relationship with wellness that is sustainable and enjoyable.
I am based in San Diego and work out of San Diego States Universities Aztec Recreation Center. I offer in person training sessions and online options.

A program perfect for any starting point

Semi-Private
Most of my clients work with me in-person in a semi-private option. These plans are subscription-based and the price varies based on how many times per week you would like to meet. Most semi-private training sessions are groups of 1 to 4 and promote consistency and provide some flexibility.

Private
During a private session, you are the focus of all the coaching and direction. It's an excellent opportunity to discuss more nuanced movement techniques and athletic strategies, as well as to provide additional attention to those who are unfamiliar with exercise. This is a great option if you want some additional support at the beginning of your training program and/or if you want to schedule some additional one-on-one time for detailed movement education.

Online Coaching
For clients that are outside of the San Diego area or budget-conscious, my online program is a great option. It includes the training program, check-in/support and nutritional guidance. This is a great option if you are somewhat familiar with exercises in the gym and looking for some guidance, progression and accountability. This option does not include the traditional in person meeting.
